FLUFFY A really
cute giant size Pom. He is approx 7mnths old so is still
lively and puppyish. He would suit a home with older
children as he fairly bouncy. We are looking for a home
where he will sleep indoors as part of the family and will
be taken for lots of walks to burn off some of his energy.
He is a real cuddly teddy bear!

PARIS A beautiful
female Rottweiler approx 1-2yrs old. She is a real pet
and just wants to be cuddled. As she likes a lot of
attention a home where she would be the only dog would suit
her better. She loves human company so we are looking
for a home where there would be people around for the
majority of the day. As this breed needs to be kept
under control at all times a home with a secure garden is a
necessity.

SCRUFFY A very
sweet male 8mnth old Parson's Jack Russell x. He is a
good natured friendly dog. He does have a tendency to
wander so a secure garden would be needed.

Gizmo is a 1 year old
black wiry terrier. His owners asked a friend to look after
him while they went away and then never came back to
collect him. This was very sad for him so we a looking for a
loving home where people will care for him. He's very
sweet and affectionate and will be neutered shortly.

Silver is a young female
lurcher who is very sweet natured. She gets on well with other
dogs and enjoys company. She will need a home where there are
people around during the day as she can be rather vocal if
left on her own for long periods of time.

Bowie is
a young black Lab x approx 1 year old. He is
a good natured dog who has plenty of energy
and loves going for walks. He enjoys
company so would suit people that are around
during the day. Bowie gets bored if he's
left on his own for long periods and will
bark so he isnt a suitable dog for people
who work full time.

Jacko is
an adorable male Jack Russell Terrier approx
1 year old who was sadly left behind by his
owners when they moved abroad. He is a
jolly, friendly little dog who would make a
perfect family pet.

Hounds. We
now have 6 of these hounds that have been left
behind to fend for themselves after people
have been hunting in the area. We get many
phone calls with reports of dogs straying
around half starved which we then
collect and bring to our rescue so they have
food and shelter. They are gentle good
natured dogs who are very social with people
and playful with other dogs. They love to curl
up together sometimes 3 to a bed and make
excellent family pets. If you can offer any of
these loving dogs a caring home please contact

Lara is a
neutered female hound approx 3 years old. She is
a gentle good natured dog who enjoys the company
of other dogs. She will need a secure garden.

Sandy is a
female mixed breed dog approx 3 years old.
She is a very affectionate friendly dog who
loves a lot of attention so may be better in a
home where she is the only dog. She will
be spayed before rehoming.

Hansel is a
male cream Lab x approx 2 years old. He was
found in a very bad state but is putting on a
bit of weight now. He is a good
natured dog who is very social but also enjoys
having long snoozes.

Nancy is a female Jack
Russell Terrier who is full of beans and cheekiness. She
is approx 2 years old and will need a secure home
as she tends to wander.

Lola is a
young female long legged Jack Russell
Terrier. She was a stray who was found very
stressed. On examination we found she had
just had her tail cut off, the end was
completely raw and she was very sensitive
about it. It has healed now and she would
suit a home with older children who wouldn't
grab her by the tail by mistake. She is a
very loving affectionate dog who would make
a great family pet.

Alisha is a
stunning female Dalmation x approx 2 years old.
We are looking for a home perhaps in the country where
she will have plenty of space to run around or with a
family that enjoys walking and outdoor pursuits.
She will be spayed before rehoming

Asia is a young
spayed female greyhound that was found in a very
bad condition. She is very sweet and playful and enjoys the
company of other dogs. She is gaining weight and is looking for
a home where she will be well cared for.

Fletcher is a young
traumatised hound who took 2 months of
constant feeding before anyone could get close enough to him to be able
to catch him and bring him to us. Lucky for fletcher that
someone cared enough to do this. He is settling in well and will need an
understanding home with a totally secure area as he is still fairly
nervous of people.
Tess is a female mixed breed dog
approx 2 years old. She was found with a litter of pups who she
looked after very well and have all now been homed. She
is still shy with people so will need an owner with patience and
understanding. Ideally we would like Tess & Fletcher to go to a
home together as they have become
so devoted to each other. |

Pharoah is a very distincive looking
neutered male lurcher approx 3 yrs old. He's a good natured, friendly
dog who learns quickly and is obediant. He gets on well with other dogs
and would be suited to a home where he has plenty of space to exercise.

Ben is a handsome
three-year-old cross-breed with loads of energy. He loves running
around fields, playing catch and is good on and off the lead. He can
be a little excitable, so probably isn't ideal for small children.
Enjoys the company of other dogs - though not so fond of cats! A
great all-round companion.

I love to play, especially with children. I love to swim

Woody
was abandoned when he was a small puppy and taken in by his
current owner who lives in a small house with a small garden which
isn't ideal for a Collie. Woody is a quick learner, very
intelligent, friendly and loves people and children. He is full of
energy and needs lots of exercise so is looking for a home with
owners that have plenty of space for him to run around and time to
take him for long walks. He would be best suited to a home with
people around during the day.

Con
is
a handsome 3 year old Lab x, who is neutered and microchipped.
He loves the company of other dogs and would be happiest in
a home with a second playful dog.
He is house trained and is used to sleeping
inside the house at night
so we are looking for a home with a secure garden where he
will be allowed in the house with his new family. Con has grown up in a home with a family and would best
suit experienced dog owners as he is quite is a strong dog. He has
a good temperament and is a dog who has been well cared for by his
owners since he was a puppy, sadly he is
looking for a new home as his heart broken owners have to emigrate
and are not able to take him with them.

This female terrier was found on 27th
December in the mealagh valley, Bantry side. She is a friendly dog
and is good with cats and other dogs. She is looking for caring
owners who can give her a good home where she live inside with her
new family.

Bear is a beautiful boy, very gentle and eager to please. He spent a number of weeks alone and afraid on the streets, presumably having been dumped, and we are just so delighted to have finally convinced him to allow himself to be rescued. He adores human company, is great in the house and gets on well with other dogs. We are looking for a home where Bear will live indoors and be very much a part of the family. Roger has been the sweetest, gentlest of fellows ever since he arrived, despite having been treated very badly, for a long time. He has really blossomed in the last number of weeks as he has healed and recuperated, and he’s just a great little buddy to have around. He loves his daily walks and is otherwise very happy to potter about or curl up for a snooze. Sadly, Roger has a heart condition that will require daily medication, and we are looking for a very special family to take on that responsibility. He will need a home where someone is home throughout the day, and a K9 companion for him to adore would be wonderful. Roger is neutered, micro-chipped and vaccinated. The lovely Ludo is a big, gentle goof of a dog who has completely stolen our hearts. Despite being a sad soul on arrival he is now the life of the party and keeps us entertained with his goofy antics. He’s a joy to have around and will make a terrific addition to any active family. We are looking for a home where Ludo will have another larger sized dog for company. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

Flame is an 11 month old neutered female Corgi x Terrier. She is a very affectionate little dog who loves to be fussed and stroked and enjoys going for walks and running around the garden. She lives with two boisterious boys who she adores so she would be an excellent family pet. She is house trained and sleeps indoors so we are looking for a home where she will be given plenty of attention and live inside with her family. Her
owners who she has been with since she was a pup are moving to
Spain at the end of January so Flame is looking for a new family

Cocoa
is a handsome
4 year old neutered and microchipped male German Pointer x. His
favourite pastimes are eating, sleeping, little walks and long
runs on the beach. He is house trained and loves to find a
nice warm place to curl up and sleep all day.
He is very good with children and at the moment, lives
with Purdy (see below), but will be fine in a home on his own as
he will enjoy getting all the attention and cuddles. His
family are moving to America for two years and can’t take him
with them, so he's looking for new owners to love and be loved

Purdy is a beautiful microchipped female Black Labrador. She is a young and bouncy two year old, full of fun and just begging for attention and love. Her favourite things are food, attention, playing, long walks, beach runs and more attention. She is a very sweet natured dog who lives with a big family with lots of kids, but would happily live with just about anyone as long as they will feed, walk and love. She is house trained and currently lives with Cocoa. (see above).
