Patch is a male Jack
Russell Terrier approx 10 years old. He was found
with an horrendous wound to his neck which has now almost
completely healed. His eyesight and hearing aren't
great but despite this he is a very active little fella
who will need a secure garden as he can move very quickly
when he wants to. He is very loveable and a real character
and we are looking for a caring home for him where he will
be allowed indoors and live as part of the family.

Bob is a male Lab
approx 10 months old. He is still a bit shy of
people but playful with other dogs. He is
looking for home where he will get plenty of attention
and some basic training.

Ruby and Cody are two
female St Bernards. Ruby (left in pic) is 7 years old and
Cody is 14 months. They are extremely loving and we would
like to try and home them together. They will need a home
with a large garden where they can amble around. No rented
accomodation as it may be very hard to find future rental
places that will allow such large dogs. We are
looking for a home with people that are experienced with
this breed.

Coco is a neutered male
cocker spaniel approx 4 years old. We are looking for a
special home for Coco with people that are experienced with
dogs and are able to give him a disciplined routine. He
needs to know that you are the leader and in return he will
be very obedient. He gets over excited with toys and games
so a child free home would suit him best.

Murphy is a handsome 5
year old male English Mastif. We are looking for a home for
him in the countryside with people who are experienced with
this breed. He is a very large dog weighing appoxs
85kgs. He is not suited to walking on hard pavements
so soft country paths and fields would be perfect for him.
He loves human company and would probably be best in a quiet
adult only home.

Meg and Bea are two
lovely friendly female hounds. They are gentle by nature and
make great pets. A secure garden is a necessity as they do
like to follow their noses. They could either be homed
together or individually.

Iggy is a handsome male
mixed breed dog approx 7months old. He is quite timid
with people so will need a quiet home with owners who have
time to spend with him and gain his trust. He gets on well
with other dogs and would do well in a home where he's the
second dog.

Eddie is a very cute small
sized male terrier approx 2 years old. He is a lovely
friendly dog who will make a great pet.

Ali is a 6 year old female
Boxer. She has been used for endless breeding and is now
looking for a quiet kind home where she can relax. She
is gradually putting on weight and getting back into
condition. She would be best suited to a home where she is the
only dog.

Jules is a young male
collie. He is a very active dog who is looking for a home in
the country as he would find city life too stressful. A home
with older children would suit as he has a strong herding
instinct and may be too lively for young children.

Spud is a male Jack Russell
Terrier approx 2-3years old. He can be a bit nervous
around new people but once he trusts someone and knows they
aren't going to do him any harm he is fine. He would
need an adult only home.

Sam is a 7 year old neutered male Rough Collie x. He is an obedient dog who is good with children and is used to the company of another dog. He is a house dog so we are looking for a home where he will be allowed in the house. He is a very loyal companion.

Oscar
is a male Springer spaniel approx 3 years old. He is a good natured dog
who will need plenty of exercise preferably in a home in the
countryside. He is a playful dog who gets on well with female
dogs but would need to be the only male dog. He
will be neutered before rehoming.

Hannah is a lovely female wiry
terrier approx 4yrs old. She was found straying and if not claimed
by 27th May she will be available for rehoming.

Rooska is a 3yr old spayed female
collie. Sadly her owners didn't want her anymore so we are
looking for a caring home where she will be loved. She is a bit
timid until she knows you and would suit a quieter household as she
can get a bit stressed if there is too much activity going on.

Bailey is a very pretty golden
spayed female collie x. She
was taken from a home in West Cork where she was badly neglected and
kept tied up for 24 hours a day on such a short lead that she couldnt
sit or stand up. After a long court case her owner was finally
prosecuted and sent to prison for cruelty to the many animals in his
care. Bailey
has been at our rescue centre since January 2007 and having spent lots
of time re-habilitating her, we now feel she is ready to go to a home
where she will benefit greatly from one to one care and attention.
Ideally she would be suited to a home where there is already a
confident dog who will help her to gain more confidence with people.
She will need experienced owners who have lots of patience and time to
spend with her.

Lady is a spayed female collie
approx 2 years old. She is in the process of being lead trained
but prefers to walk off lead beside you. She is very obedient and we
are looking for a loving home where she might be a companion for
someone who works outside during the day and would allow her inside by
night to lie by the fire.

Pharoah is a very distincive looking
neutered male lurcher approx 3 yrs old. He's a good natured, friendly
dog who learns quickly and is obediant. He gets on well with other dogs
and would be suited to a home where he has plenty of space to exercise.

Pal is a very calm male
medium sized Collie approx 1 year old. He is playful with
people and loves the company of other dogs. He loves long
walks and is learning to play fetch. Pal is being fostered
and is now house trained and excellent on recall. Pal is
vacinated, microchipped and neutered and just wants a loving
home.

Charlie is a young neutered
male collie approx 9 months old who was found dumped in a housing estate 2 months
ago. He has a lovely temperament and is brilliant with my two
small boys but sadly my garden isnt big enough for him and he
can jump over the 6 ft fence around the garden. We have
house-trained him and have been lead training him and are
looking for a home in a rural area where he will have a large
garden to play in.

male terrier x. He is a very loving and active dog so needs lots
of company and stimulation. Herbie also needs a secure garden
with a fence at least 6 foot high as he likes to explore.

Jack Russell x Pom. She is full of fun and energy. She has a
sweet nature and longs for a loving new home. She is vaccinated

Bunty is a small neutered 2 year old female lab x who is very good with with children though could be a bit too bouncy for very young children. She gets on well with other dogs but unfortunately she chases cows which is why she's looking for a new home. The home she lives in is surrounded by fields of cows and she has to be chained up to stop her chasing them so she will need a secure garden in her new home and preferably no cows nearby. Although she's a small lab she's very strong on the lead so would suit a male owner (she likes men!!!) or a lady who's used to strong dogs. Contact Sukey on 087 9193513

Twiggy is a neutered female Spring Spaniel x. She is a lively good natured dog, even though she is 12 years old. She is taken regularly to the vets for grooming and is a healthy dog. Tiki is a little live wire, literally overflowing with the joys of life and 100% adorable. She is wonderfully responsive, affectionate and perfect in the house. With her exuberance we feel that an experienced and confident owner would be best and an active lifestyle is a must. She absolutely adores playing with other dogs and we are looking for a home where she will have at least one other dog for company. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. The lovely Ludo is a big, gentle goof of a dog who has completely stolen our hearts. Despite being a sad soul on arrival he is now the life of the party and keeps us entertained with his goofy antics. He’s a joy to have around and will make a terrific addition to any active family. We are looking for a home where Ludo will have another larger sized dog for company. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
